Use Slap/top gently
Slap/top is intended for light display taps on supported Apple-silicon Macs with integrated displays and solid-state storage. Do not strike, drop, or use force on a Mac. You are responsible for calibrating the app and using your hardware safely.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as stated in the MIT License.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Guru, LLC, Kalani Helekunihi, and project contributors are not liable for claims, damages, data loss, hardware damage, interruption, or other liability arising from the software or its use.
Third-party services
Downloads, source hosting, issue tracking, and release checks use GitHub. App Store distribution uses Apple services. Your use of those services is also subject to the terms and policies published by GitHub or Apple.
Website content
The website explains the project and provides an interactive simulation of the About animation. It is informational and may change as the app evolves. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Ending use
You may stop using Slap/top at any time by quitting and removing the app. Because the app is free and does not require an account, there is no subscription to cancel or Slap/top account to delete.
Changes and questions
These terms may be updated as Slap/top changes. The current version will remain posted here with its effective date. Questions can be opened in the project’s GitHub issue tracker.
